Notes: A set of eight triple drabbles about the coming of winter and the New Year holiday, written for [community profile] newyearcntdown. The title of each segment is the word prompt it was based on. (Also for the prompt of “Festivals of the Quarter” at [community profile] genprompt_bingo, and the “Fight” installment was submitted for the prompt of “Spark” at [community profile] fan_flashworks.)

Notes: Written for the prompts of “Washing” at [community profile] fan_flashworks, “Underestimate” at [community profile] smallfandomflsh, and “Co-Workers” at [community profile] genprompt_bingo. (Also, a reader wanted to see more of the potential dynamics between the different social groups on the Kotetsujo. I very much agree, so here is my take on bushi-steamsmith relations.)

It was as predictable as the sunrise. )
