Notes: So… I wrote the first scene of this story way back in 2003, during my first brief acquaintance with “Dark Shadows”. It took me until 2020 to catch up with the series again, confirming everything I’d loved about it before the Sci-Fi Channel snatched away their reruns all those years ago.
