Title: Crucible

Archive Rights: Please request the author’s consent.
Rating/Warnings: G.
Characters: Ensemble, with emphasis on Sawyer.
Setting: Sometime after the film.
Summary: A fever-stricken Sawyer is challenged to survive.
Disclaimer: The characters belong to Fox and assorted other people.
Notes: This story was written for the [livejournal.com profile] lxg_fanfiction ficathon in October of 2004. I had the honor of receiving the challenge put forth by [livejournal.com profile] clez, who requested Sawyer angst. After struggling for ideas, I was within a few days of excusing myself from the ficathon, but then I gained chance inspiration from a PBS documentary about "Typhoid Mary"—so the existence of this fic is entirely due to that program.

Title: New Moon
Author: [livejournal.com profile] jordannamorgan
Archive Rights: Please request the author’s consent.
Rating/Warnings: G.
Characters: Ensemble.
Setting: Immediately following the film.
Summary: After their first mission, the League copes with internal conflicts and the search for a new sixth member.
Disclaimer: The League belongs to Fox and various comics-related people, and Sir John Talbot belongs to Universal.
Notes: Don’t take this one-shot too seriously. Sir John Talbot (from the 1941 horror film The Wolf Man) is an obscure crossover character I simply couldn’t resist amusing myself with, although his "extraordinary" quality seems none too original in LXG fiction. I don’t know if I will include him in any future stories, but if I do, they—like this one—should probably be considered an alternate-universe.

Rise and shine, Sawyer! )

Title: Lost and Found

Rating/Warnings: G.
Characters: Skinner and Jekyll.
Setting: Sometime after the film.
Summary: Skinner helps Jekyll find something he’s been missing.
Disclaimer: The characters belong to Fox and assorted other people.
Notes: I have always had a strange penchant for writing late-night conversations in the X-Men movieverse, and this habit has apparently crossed over into LXG as well. The subject of mirrors was the original crux of the story, but it expanded in several directions during the writing process.

I was about to pour myself a nightcap when I heard a tapping on my cabin door. )
